Dear Market Participants,
The System Operators have published an updated version of
the Milestone Certificates, which are available here
on the SEMO website.
The Substantial Completion Major Milestone Template and
the Minimum Completion Major Milestone Template have been updated to included
reference to the Market Readiness Certificate, as well as an additional field
to confirm the date a unit has achieved Substantial Completion.
The reference to the Market Readiness Certificate is as a
result of a recent modification CMC_25_23: Market Readiness Certificate, which
became effective on the 12th January 2024. The modification
legal drafting can be found here.
