In advance of the short day clock change on the 31st March 2024 we have published a Limited Communications Failure (LCF) short day .xml tool, which can be found here.
A technical bulletin has also been prepared to aid Market Participants, in case they experience an LCF when submitting offer data for Trading Day 31st March 2024. This bulletin can be found here.
