Dear Market Participants,
On 1st November 2019 in accordance with paragraph B.14.5.3 of the Capacity Market Code (CMC), the System Operators published this notice to inform Participants that pursuant to B.14.5.1 of the CMC the Panel Chairperson appointed a three member CMDRB from the Panel to hear and determine the Qualification Disputes arising out of the Qualification Process in respect of the 2020/2021 T-1 and the 2021/2022 T-2 Capacity Auctions and notified the System Operators of the appointment and the members appointed.
