Dear Member,
Following our maintenance yesterday evening on the M7
system we have been alerted to the display issue in the Comtrader, where
bid prices can be higher than ask prices.
We would like to reassure you that the issue affects only the display not
the matching and our service provider is working hard to provide a solution
quickly.
In the meantime, we would like to ask those experiencing this problem to
logoff and log back in to the Comtrader.
Should the issue persist please send log files to powerspot@epexspot.com to assist in
our analysis.
