Dear Participants,
On further investigation, we can confirm that a manifest error has been identified in the calculation of the Imbalance Settlement Price for the period 09:00 to 09:30 (IST), on 23rd April 2020.
The published Imbalance Settlement Price was calculated using an Administered Scarcity Price (EUR 2,785.50) for the Imbalance Pricing Period 09:10 to 09:15 (IST). The cause of this was due to erroneous system reserve information feeding the Imbalance Pricing calculation from the Real-Time Dispatch schedule; which has been confirmed to be incorrect. This is under investigation with the system vendor.
We can confirm that the correct Imbalance Price (EUR 16.37) has been calculated and is available to download in the five minute Imbalance Price report for this period. Please note, the report time below is listed in UTC.

The price (EUR 16.37) is the correct value; that should have been used in the calculation of the Imbalance Settlement Price.
The correct Imbalance Settlement Price for the period 09:00 to 09:30 is EUR 34.07; calculated as the average of the six Imbalance Prices for this period. This value will be used in Indicative Settlement; and subsequent Settlement iterations for the 23rd April 2020.
Further information on the matter shall be communicated at the next Market Operator User Group.
