Dear Market Participant,
With regards to recent query on : Release E Query - FMOC Effective Date;
Settlements will be running the new FMOC Functionality on Invoicing Day for when the Variable Market Operator Charges are calculated, this is due to FMOC having to apply the Invoicing Day Exchange Rate rather than the trading Day Exchange Rate. A separate Initial FMOC statement will be produced on invoicing day for these Supplier & Generator charges and available on the MPI.
FMOC will only be calculated for Initial Settlement. The
FMOC charges will then be published on the same Invoice as the Variable Market
Operator Charges resulting in one Market Operator Invoice.
