As communicated on this Market Message issued on 11/10/2022, we have now removed the original set of BALIMB statements and reports from the MPI. The MPI now only displays the correct reports for this period.

Dear Participants
M+13 Settlement Statements and Reports have been published for Week 36 BALIMB and are now available for Settlement Dates 05/09/2021 - 11/09/2021.
These report publications will be included with Settlement Documents due to issue on the 14th October 2022.

Dear Market Participants,
To follow on from the proposed solution on last Fridays market participant call to investigate if Settlement Documents could include the currently published M13 statements, along with an Ad hoc resettlement of these statements within the same Settlement Document;
SEMO Settlements have explored the proposed solution with
our vendor but have been informed that this is not technically possible. In
summary, an initial or resettlement billing period needs to have already been
included in a previous Settlement document publication to allow it to be
resettled as an Ad hoc resettlement.
SEMO Settlements now intend to continue with the original
proposal to correct the M13 data and to then re-publish week 36, 2021 M13
statements on Thursday 13th October . The corrected re-published M13
statements will then be included with Settlement Documents due to publish on
Friday 14th.
The re-published M13 statements will be a new set of
statements which will not overwrite the existing statements. Once re-published
and included with Settlements Documents, SEMO Settlements will then arrange to
have the original set of M13 statements removed from the MPI.

Dear Market Participants,
Due to a significant material anomaly discovered in BALIMB M+13 Settlement Statements for Settlement Dates 05/09/2021 - 11/09/2021, the BALIMB M+13 report publications will not be included with Settlement Documents due to issue on the 7th October 2022 (today). CRM M+13 for August 2021 will be included as expected.
The anomaly is related to incorrect non-performance charges (CDIFFCNP) which were applied to this resettlement period which will need to be corrected and re-published before inclusion in future Settlement Documents.
SEMO Settlements will continue to keep market participants up to date through market messages on the expected timelines and progress of the required M13 statement re-publication, with a follow up market participant call at 12:30 today.
