In advance of the short day clock change on the 26th March 2023 we have published a Limited Communications Failure (LCF) short day .xml tool, which can be found here.
A technical bulletin has also been prepared to aid Market Participants in case they experience an LCF when submitting offer data for Trading Day 26th March 2023. This bulletin can be found here.
