SEMO Settlements have
identified an issue relating to M+4 BALIMB for 13/11/2022 - 19/11/2022 (Week 46
2022) published in Settlement Documents on 20/03/2023. The issue is impacting
CIMB payments for TSSUs associated with DSUs. Due to an operational error, the
MDP values were used for the TSSU QM instead of the equal to the negative of
the DSU dispatch quantity as per F.2.5.6 of the Trading and Settlement Code.
SEMO have received a Settlement Query in relation to this issue and can confirm this issue will be resolved with a future resettlement. Consequently, if you are impacted by this issue you do not need to submit a Settlement Query to ensure the issue is resolved.
A further update will be provided on the resolution of this issue and any required resettlement which needs to be processed.
