Dear Capacity Market Participants,
In relation to the T-4 2028/2029 Capacity Auction,
please be advised that for those units seeking to secure a Grid Connection
offer under CRU202437 (The "CRU Direction");
evidence of submission of completed planning permission application, and
evidence of landowner consents are required to be submitted to the System
Operators in advance of the Final Qualification Submission Date. If this has
not been submitted to the System Operators as of yet, please do so without
delay.
