In accordance with Section B.14.5.3 of the Capacity Market Code (CMC), the System Operators are publishing this notice to inform Participants that pursuant to B.14.5.1 of the CMC the Panel Chairperson has appointed a three member CMDRB from the Panel to hear and determine the Qualification Dispute arising out of the Qualification Process in respect of the 2023/2024 T-4 Provisional Qualification Results.
