Dear Market Participant,

For the purposes of Applications for Qualification for the 2024/2025 T-3 Capacity Auction, participants seeking to be eligible for a Connection Offer in accordance with CRU Direction 21/030a are required to submit to the System Operators the following evidence of:

• Land Owner consent form
• Confirmation of Complete Planning Application

Please submit this information to CapacityMarket@sem-o.com, where available with your Application for Qualification or as soon as available thereafter and no later than the 1st December 2021 in advance of the Final Qualification Submission Date. The above items can be submitted separately.
