Dear Capacity Market Participants,

The issuance of the Provisional SO Qualification Decisions for the 2027/2028 T-4 Capacity Auction is subject to a further short delay. The results will be made available tomorrow, Friday 23rd June 2023

In respect of the submission of Applications for Review; in accordance with E.9.3.1, the Prescribed Timeframe set out in the Capacity Auction Timetable is the end of the second full Working Day after the relevant decision is notified to the Participant. On this basis, Applications for Review will be accepted until Tuesday, 27th June 2023, with any non-complying Applications for Review being rejected by Wednesday, 28^th June 2023. All other milestones in the Capacity Auction Timetable will remain unchanged.
