Dear Market Participants,
In accordance with D.2.1.16 of the Capacity Market Code, the Regulatory Authorities have instructed the System Operators to publish an updated Capacity Auction Timetable for the 2027/2028 T-4 Capacity Auction. In accordance to paragraph D.2.1.11 of the Capacity Market Code (CMC), an updated version of the timetable is available here.
The amended timetable moves the Capacity Auction Run Start Date out by 4 weeks. The reason for this change is due to the TSOs managing a high number of key operational priorities within the Capacity Market workstream. The table below shows the impact of the delay on the impacted milestones.
