We are pleased to inform you that the refresh is now complete and the CCQT environment is back online.

Dear Market Participant,

Please be advised that CCQT environment will be offline today Tuesday 23/07/2019 at 11:00am for a Database refresh.

We aim to have services up and running again tomorrow 24/07/2019 at approximately 10:00am.

We will issue a notification when the environment is back online.

Please note that as part of the refresh / update, any test accounts will be removed from the environment. If you were using a test account on the CCQT environment you will need to request it is setup again when the systems are back online.
