Dear Capacity Market Participants,

 

In accordance with M.14.5 of the Capacity Market Code, the System Operators submitted to the Regulatory Authorities for approval the Capacity Payment Price Indexation Factor for the 2024/2025 T-3 Capacity Auction. In accordance with M.14.7, and following regulatory approval, the Capacity Payment Price Indexation factor for Ireland and Northern Ireland are set out in the document below.
