SEMO have published a document containing the Market Back Up Price, covering the period December 2022 and January 2023. This is a volume weighted average price; calculated in accordance with the methodology set out under Section E.5 of the Trading and Settlement Code.

This data may be required for compliance with EU Regulation 2022/1854 in Ireland, subject to legislative approval.

The document shall be updated on a weekly basis, by close of business each Friday.
