Dear Market Participants,

We would like to advise that we experienced a General Communication Failure (GCF) from 13:10, on Tuesday 21 March 2023, to 15:15. This impacted access to the Market Participant Interface (MPI) - Type 2 and Type 3 submissions. Please be advised that the issue has been resolved. Access to the MPI is now available.
