M+ 4 settlement is delayed. The calculation of No-Load Costs and Make-whole Payments require supplementary analysis, and consultation with the Regulatory Authorities prior to commencement of M+4 settlement.

Status on M+4 settlement is included on the agenda of the Market Operators User Group meeting scheduled for May 16, 2019.
