Dear Market Participant,

For all affected Participants contacted, please be advised there is a delay with issuing the revised Settlement Documents for the billing period of January 20th to January 26th .

It is our expectation to issue the revised Settlement Documents to affected participants on Tuesday 12/02/2019.

The impact will be the changes to payment dates as below for all participants for the billing Period January 20th to January 26th :

Payments In: Will now be due on Friday the 15th of February *if these have already been paid there is no action required.

Payments Out: Will now be issued on Monday the 18th of February

As you may be aware we have identified a defect in our settlement systems which resulted in a miscalculation of the difference payments for 24th January.

We are in the process of contacting all affected Participants. If you have not been contacted by SEMO via phone by 17:00 today, Friday the 8^th of February, you are not impacted. The only impact will be the changes to payment dates as below:

Payments In: Will now be due on Thursday the 14^th of February *if these have already been paid there is no action required.

Payments Out: Will now be issued on Friday the 15^th of February
