Dear Market Participants,

A Decision Letter in relation to Mod_09_19 “Removal of the Locational Constraint from Imbalance Pricing Calculation” has been published. The SEM Committee have directed that the modification will take effect from one Working Day after the date of the Decision Letter, within trading operational hours (between 07:00 and 19:00).

Please take this email as notification that this change will be implemented tomorrow (2^nd May 2019) between 07:00 and 19:00. Once implemented, a Market Message will be issued to outline the exact time the Constraint was removed.
