Please note that the FMOC invoice for Sep 2021 was not included with the below initial “MO Invoice 1”. This has now been published as a separate MO Invoice.

Participants can still make one MO payment to cover the three MO Invoices.

M4 MO           May 21    
AH MO           March 19     

MO Invoices  2:

M13 MO         Aug 20   (21% for ROI)
