Dear Market Participants,

During the period between 23:43 on the 25th of March and 02:23 on the 26th March 2020, SEMO experienced system issues which impacted both type 2 and type 3 access to the Balancing Market Systems (BMI).  These issues have now been resolved.  As per Agreed Procedure 7 here SEMO have declared this incident a General Communications Failure (GCF). 

We apologise for this inconvenience and will issue further communications via market message as required.
