Dear Market Participants,

During the period between approximately 10:50am on the 25th of April and 12:30pm on the 25th April 2020, SEMO experienced system issues which impacted both type 2 and type 3 access to the Balancing Market Systems (BMI). These issues have now been resolved. As per Agreed Procedure 7 here SEMO have declared this incident a General Communications Failure (GCF).

We apologise for this inconvenience and will issue further communications via market message if required.

Dear Participants,

Please be advised that connectivity issues with Market Participant Interface (MPI) have now be resolved and normal system service has resumed.

If you are experiencing any issues with the submission of bid and offers please utilise the Limited Communications Failure (LCF) process.
