As per Agreed Procedure 14 section 3.1 the Market Operator would like to notify all Market Participants that a Formal Pricing Dispute has been received for Trading date the 5th of October 2018. 

All Market Participants will be potentially impacted by this Dispute.

The Market Operator will keep participants informed on the progress of this Dispute.
