Dear Participant,

As per Agreed Procedure 14 section 3.1 the Market Operator would like to notify all Market Participants that a Formal Pricing Dispute has been received for Trading date the 9th of October 2018 in relation to the application of the Trading Day Exchange Rate in the determination of the Imbalance Price by the Market Operator. 

All Market Participants will be potentially impacted by this Dispute.

The Market Operator will keep participants informed on the progress of this Dispute.
