Dear Member, 


Please be informed that an infrastructure maintenance will be performed by our service provider on the M7 Production environment.


The production system will remain operational during this maintenance.

Maintenance Timing:
Saturday, 26.11.2022 to Sunday 27.11.2022

Outage Purpose:
Secondary Data Centre Power Maintenance

Impact:
On Friday, 25.11.2022 members using an API Client must ensure they are connected to the M7 system via the primary Equinix Data Centre (IXE1).


  • All URL connections starting with node 1: https://prod1 belong to the primary Equinix Data Center and node 2 starting with "https://prod2" belongs to the Secondary Hausen Data Center

Once the maintenance begins open connections via the Hausen Data Center will be terminated and new connection attempts will fail.


No explicit action is required for users connecting via the ComTrader.


If properly connected via the primary Equinix Data Center, no disruptions are expected to trading on the M7 system or EPEX markets throughout the maintenance.
