UPDATE: 31/01/2024 - Rhode RP1 (GU_400770) and Rhode RP2 (GU_400771) : Transmission constraint will no longer be applicable as originally outlined below.

Rhode RP1 (GU_400770) and Rhode RP2 (GU_400771) will be disconnected and unable to export energy to the transmission system to facilitate essential transmission work from 08:00 on Monday, 29 January 2024 until 17:00 on Friday, 02 February 2024.

REMIT information is being provided to help market participants comply with the EU Regulation on Wholesale Energy Markets Integrity and Transparency (REMIT)  (# 1227/2011)  which specifies that market participants are obliged to fulfill the obligations described in Article 4 (1) and specifically that “Market participants shall publicly disclose in an effective and timely manner inside information which they possess...”.
