At approximately 10:20 your registered traders should have received an operational market message to indicate that the ETS trading system was back available and that they could login to the system.
The root cause of the connection issue is still being investigated and SEMOpx will provide an update when available.

Please be informed that ETS trading system is currently not available due to
a technical problem. We are investigating the issue.
We will keep you informed as soon as possible via email about the status of your connection.
We will inform you in a second email, if the automated Submission on Behalf procedure (SOBT) is activated or if you can reconnect to ETS.
You do not need to call SEMOpx - you will be informed per email.
