Dear Member,

SEMOpx would like to advise an update to the ETS 3.8.1 Go-live Information as previously announced.

  • API changes:

  1. API schema 3.5 will exceptionally be maintained, migration to a higher schema is suggested but not mandatory.
  2. Linear order responses now indicate with a warning orders not. being 'reasonable'
  3. New API schema 3.8.1: Minor impact: removal of the unnecessary AsynchronousResponseHeader
  • RCP DEMO: unfortunately, the DEMO cannot be provided, however a detailed guide will be published to members with the steps to enable the functionality over the next couple of days.
  • Trading on Behalf templates are available on the SEMOpx Website should members encounter issues at go-live
  • For members using the Fixed version, the new version ETS 3.8.1 must be installed.

Dear Member,

SEMOpx would like to advise the latest version of ETS 3.8.1 will go live on Tuesday, 25th June 2024 (first trading day).  The new ETS 3.8.1 client will be released into the Production environment following the maintenance window on Monday, 24th June 2024 as of 21:35 BST until 00:30 BST.

The new ETS client is now available via the Simulation 2 environment and the Simulation 1 environment as of 26th June 2024.

**Important Information**

Go live date for ETS 3.8.1 is 25 June 2024, first Trading Date (delivery date 26 June 2024)

New ETS optional feature: Enhanced Reasonable Control Parameters

API changes:

  • API schema 3.5 will not be supported anymore, migration to a higher schema is required
  • Optional linear order and SCO responses now indicated with a warning that orders submitted are not 'reasonable' within set parameters
  • New API schema 3.8.1 (no change compared to 3.7)

For members using the Fixed version, the new version ETS 3.8.1 must be installed.

Details of the new ETS features and API changes can be found within the SEMOpx Information document here.  The updated ETS Client version 3.8.1, ETS API Package, ETS Client Guide 3.8.1 and the ETS Client Installation Guide 3.8.1 will be communicated to all members next week.
