New operational market message design


-    Harmonization of all SEMOpx Intraday continuous market messages (except Remit)
-    New coding scheme, which supports automated “reading” of the messages
-    New coding scheme reflects both the message topic and the message sequence
-    Additional table, that provides brief and clear information about customer impacts
