Dear Participant,
The TSO has entered into an SO Trade across a SEM-GB Interconnector with a trade price in excess of the Strike Price; the price exceeds the Strike Price in the following Imbalance Settlement Periods.

As set out in interim modification Mod 16-21, the Market Operator is notifying you that the Day-Ahead Market Back Up Price shall be applied to all Imbalance Settlement Periods set out in the above table.
The Imbalance Price reports and Imbalance Settlement Price reports will continue to be published to the market systems during this period; however these will not be applied in Settlement.
Please note, there is currently an issue with the publication of the Day Ahead Backup Prices to the SEMO Website. This is currently under investigation. Please see the prices to be used in settlement below:
