Dear Market Participants,

Please be advised of the following, when submitting an amendment advice, which either increases or decreases the value of your Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC):

When using field 32B (for an increase) or 33B (for a decrease) please also include, in field 77 “Narrative”, the new value of the SBLC. This is to avoid any confusion and or delays in processing.

The onus is on the Market Participants to please advise your SBLC issuing bank accordingly.
