Please be advised that the application of the capacity market non-performance charges (CDIFFCNP) will continue to be put on hold for settlement weeks 37 and 38 (from 12th  to 25th Sept) pending the outcome of the ongoing discussions with all relevant parties. As per week 36, CDIFFPIMB payments to Suppliers will be made as usual for weeks 37 and 38, 2021.

Please note that this hold on CDIFFCNP charges has been placed only on non-performance difference charges that have arisen from those interconnector actions relevant to Mod 02_21 'Setting a Flag for Interconnector Actions' approved by the Regulators recently. As such, any non-performance difference charges that are not due to these interconnector actions will be charged to participants according to the standard process.

In light of the materiality of the capacity market non-performance charges (CDIFFCNP) for settlement week 36, from 5th to 11th Sept and the relevance of the Mod 02_21 'Setting a Flag for Interconnector Actions' approved by the Regulators recently, the application of these charges will be put on hold pending the outcome of ongoing discussions with all relevant parties.
