Dear Capacity Market Participants,
In accordance with D.2.1.10 of the Capacity Market Code, the Regulatory Authorities have written to System Operators amending the Capacity Auction Timetable for the 2028/2029 T-4 Capacity Auction.
In accordance with D.2.1.11 of the Capacity Market Code, and in compliance with the Order of Scoffield J made by the High Court in Belfast today Tuesday 19th November 2024, the System Operators are republishing the amended CAT2829T-4- 2028/2029 T-4 Capacity Auction Timetable v1.2.
The specific changes to the 2028/2029 T-4 Capacity Auction Timetable are as set out below:
